You should get 15+ applications(A5.X7), you could get more applications you could get less. It all depends on what markers you lube and how much you apply. A5's and X7's use a bit more due to the cyclone and the RT, Dyes and the like use less due to design. 15 is a rough estimate for players who have a heavy hand lubing their stuff.
