A new Pure Energy leak (yay)

So I have a leak in my new Pure Energy tank, its coming from one of the little metal nub thingies on the upper part of the regulator, right here:

When contacting Kee Action Sports, they said that it was a faulty burst disk, but I think they were under the impression that I was describing the burst disk to them. However, there is the chance that they did know what I was talking about, and a faulty burst disk would cause air to be vented from these little metal nub thingies (which are possibly called rupture plugs?). I know this is a very confusing thread, but it is a very confusing situation. Does anyone know if a faulty burst disk would cause air to be vented from this location?

Further information about the tank:
4500psi carbon fiber Pure Energy Tank
New
Used Once
Was charged to 2300 PSI after game, reduced to zero the day after
I know that this is where the leak is coming from, no question.
Has not been damaged in any way (during my ownership of it)

Thats a setscrew.

If you talk with them again, tell them the air is leaking out of one of the small setscrews. (I believe there is 2 of them)

Metal nub thingy doesn't help them much

I'm no expert, but this should be something your local airsmith should be able to fix. Not so much a fault with the regulator, as much as just not sealed correctly.

Your expereince does not say much for the service received from Kee Action Sports. Here's to a cheap and safe repair of your HPA tank.

I wouldn't dis them just yet. If someone were to describe the problem with the "little metal nub thingie" to me, I would have to assume the burst disk as well.

Here's to hoping the next response is better, though.

Well, if you want to be clear, the little metal nubby thingie he shows in the picture looks like the fill nipple. But, we're splitting hairs here. Good luck with the tank!
