Re: E-Grip not firing

Need help I just got my egrip two days and I was wandering if there are any mods to make my egrip a lil bit more water proof? And also are there mod that will allow me to put a buttons on it so that I won't have to use a stick to turn it on every time. Can any of you point me in the right direction.

Re: Questions about Egrip

I used a small rivet inside the grip to press the button. There is also a spray you can get to HELP PROTECT electronics from water. You can't really "waterproof" them.

Re: Questions about Egrip

More of a tip than mod, keep your batteries fresh. When the battery goes low, the solenoid doesn't seem to cycle at full speed, which in turn doesn't catch the bolt long enough to feed a ball. as a result you get a blender rather than a paintball gun. I usually change batteries halfway through the day. I run rechargeables. Also one of my E-Grip X7's had to have the solenoid replaced after only several games of use. Keep the stock grip on hand, just in case.
