You may give Tacamo a call. Doug was talking about doing a different plate that was larger diameter for his 416 kit to allow larger diameter barrels.
Hit the Tacamo forum over at MilSimEmpire.com. Doug and his head guy at Tacamo are on there and can give you the down low.

No problem. If its Tacamo, that's the place to talk to the guys that run the show. Doug's a good guy. Good to chat with at scenarios if you get the chance. Nice to hear what one of the VP of the largest paintball distribution companies in the world has to say on the sport.

Yeah Doug at Tacamo is planning to release a large bore plate...However, it may not be for a while, especially with the Archon/Pro-Caps merge. Safest bet is going to just use the dremel tool. Its not too much work and will be much faster than waiting. However, hit Doug up in MSEP. He will help you out, as jester said hes a really good guy!
