EDIT:working on the links atm I suck at this stuff

well from my other post I fixed the air issue it was the powertube so problem solved, next step, cosmetics!!! because I'm dumb and prefer looks over function, because the milsig is fantastic out of the box . anyways I'm looking to make it look like a casv m4 but had a few questions, mainly about the m203 I want to strap onto the bottom. first off I dont really like the look of the R.I.S. m203 so I was gonna try to use the kind that hooks up to the d rings. so now onto the questions, If I bought a set of paintball d rings would I have to do any paintball reconstructive surgery on the m203 or the rings to make them attach, I know the bottom half of the casv handguard im looking at can be removed and all that good stuff. here's the products I have my eye on, they are listed as the d-rings, the handguard, followed by the launcher

i would suggest the shorter version of the launcher
it would let you fire nerfs a lot more easily

i have a gp-30 as shown in the link and i can tell you that it mounds to the barrel but will not fit a paintball barrel. THe paintball barrel is way too big. so yes i would say that you would have to do some heavy modding to make it fit and i dont know if you would have to remove so much that it wouldnt work anymore

the launcher attaches using 2 barrel clamps that make the launcher detachable like a bayonet. in the close up you can see the slot for it.

yeah after looking at those pictures it seems like those barrel attachment points would be a little small. but it seems like their both removable, so maybe I could just make up my own that could reattach in the same places that could encompass a paintball barrel. hmm.....

i would think you would be able too it shouldnt be that hard any you ever think about modding an airsoft shroud like this one
