My weekly workout

In order to do this kind of stuff, you have to stay motivated and be determined to stay fit.

My week is first build off off Physical Training with my AFROTC detatchment three times awake. This means waking up at 545 to be there at 630. When PT is not going on, I participate in Inter-mural Sports and pick up games of football, ultimate frisbee, basketball, etc.

I did 7 years competitive swimming which also helps.

All in short, determination and motivation is number one to making a workout routine possible, and to see results. Eating less junk can also help but I do eat a lot and still maintain wieght. I'm 6' tall 180lbs.

Re: My weekly workout

My workout schedule is pretty simple:

Walking around school from 1st period to 8th period.
Come home, and either sit down and retouch photos,or sleep. Until my gf gets home, anyways..

And that's my workout schedule in a nutshell..or erm textbox.
