Question..: Can the mags be opened up? Or are they permanently shut..? PM me on that. I don't want to clutter your thread too much
 .Edit: I've got a few theories I'm going to be testing out. But I need to know that before I continue.. that way I'll know if it's really even worth the investment.

Yes they do, there is 2 Phillips screws that hold the sides together
