How to: Free Ringtone

Here is what you will need to create your own FREE ringtone:
1. The music file
2. WavePad free software (http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/masters.html )

Step 1 – Open WavePad
Step 2 – Drag music file into WavePad

Step 3 – In the bottom screen, highlight the 30 seconds you want as your ringtone. See highlight below.

Step 4 – Click on “Edit” up in the toolbar and select “Copy to New”. Your 30 seconds will now appear as “Untitled 1” in the top half of your screen.

Step 5 – Click on “File” up in the toolbar and select “Save File As”. Give it a name and save as an mp3 file.
Step 6 – Send an email from your phone to yourself.
Step 7 – When you receive the email you will now have your phone’s email address.
Step 8 – Email the ringtone mp3 file to your phone’s email address
Step 9 – Your phone should now indicate a new message. Open and save mp3 file as your ringtone.

If your WavePad software expires:
Step 1 – Open your Control Panel and select Add or Remove Programs
Step 2 – Click on WavePad
Step 3 – Select the Downgrade to Trial Version option to renew your trial period.

Wonder if you can add a mp3 file to a EgoT? Getsome plays eveytime you shoot...

MIght have to trigger the RF to play it from your IPOD or something

You mean like laser beam sounds when you pull the trigger or depnding on you bps machine gun fire? Or...when the hopper runs lower some grunt's voice calls out "Reload! Reload!" Sounds like something more for a Luxe than an Ego

have you tried Audacity?
Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder

Its completely free and about the same, probably a little bit more features though (can't grantee since I haven't used WavePad). From your photos, WavePad seems a bit easier to use, but this is just something for you to look into.

Yes I have used Audacity before to combine 3 songs into 1 off of the 10,000 Days Tool album. And you're right WordPad is just simpler.
